Back by popular demand, the company that brought you Swan Lake in 2015 returns with the full-length ballet of Prokofiev’s Cinderella. The esteemed Russian National Ballet Theatre performs another magical and well-known work from the classical ballet repertoire. Set to the melodious score of Sergei Prokofiev, the ballet incorporates humor in the portrayal of the step-mother and step-sisters which delights audiences of all ages. The 50-member company was founded in 1994 by Elena Radchenko, legendary principal dancer of the Bolshoi Ballet, and is dedicated to preserving the grand ballet traditions while nurturing young dancers throughout Russia.
